Whitney Houston and Dana Bash
Whitney Elizabeth Houston is a singer who was born in Newark, New Jersey on 9th August 1963. The parents of her are gospel stars Cissy Houston(n e Emily Lee Drinkard), and John Russell Houston Jr. Whitney's cousin Dionne warwick also sings. When she was a kid she performed in the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark. By the time she was 15, Houston had sung professionally backing vocals with her mother in Chaka Khan's 1978 song Im Every Woman. Then she went on to sing backing vocals with Jermaine, Lou Rawls, and even her mother. Her first gig was as a vocalist in the band Material. the funk group from New York, Material in the year 1981. It was this excellence of her singing together that brought the attention of several major record labels, including Arista who signed her in 1983. This is where she stayed for the rest of her professional career. In 1985, Whitney Houston's debut album was one of the most successful debut albums ever. My Love was her debut album. My Love was released in 1985, and quickly became a number one smash. The album sold US 3,000,000 copies, and later went to 25,000,000 globally. It earned her the first in the six Grammy Awards she has won. The Whitney follow-up in 1987 with the singles How Do Broken Hearts GO and I Wanna Dance With Somebody helped to build on the success of her first album. However, it was the 1992 film The Bodyguard that solidified her position as one of the world's most well-known performers. The film itself as well as the performance of her in it weren't widely appreciated, the album's soundtrack and her cover of Dolly Parton song I Will Always Love You made charts for albums and singles for a period of time and sold over 44 million copies around the world. Her daughter Bobbi was born March of 1993, the year following her wedding to Bobby Brown. It was around this time and, in 1996, she'd become a regular user.
Dana Bash also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz is an American reporter anchorwoman as well as political correspondent for CNN. Her programs on Saturdays include Evans & Novak Late Edition, Inside Politics and Inside Politics. Bash is a recipient of numerous awards and honors. Elle magazine once listed her in the Women in Washington Power List. Bash is highly regarded for her incredible abilities as a reporter/an anchor.
